The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have noticed that police3 seems to be dominating the police spawn in LSPDFR and it only seems to be this type of police car, is there a way to increase the chance of getting police and police2 as well in pursuits and on the streets?

Not right now, but in the upcoming LSPDFR 0.3 it's possible.

    Correct me if I'm wrong... but I've never seen police3 responding in LSPDFR. Only police/police2. But like others said, wait for LSPDFR 0.3 to customize your backup.
