    Your log says DX9 not sure if GTAV supports DX9 I think you'll need DX11.

    The Grand Theft Auto V Launcher uses DirectX9.

    Yep and try to reinstall the game but you have to know something that you must meet Minimum or Recom. requirments

    If the game itself is crashing, it's probably not related to LSPDFR.
    Gameplayeer, try verifying your game files through Steam and make sure you have enough RAM for the game, the minimum requirement for GTA V is 4GB
