Would it be possible to integrate this mod to replace the all white stainers when state patrol backup is called?

 

Not likely. First, we generally do not include content mods in L*PDFR unless there is a *really* good reason (i.e. the thing simply does not exist in the game, like the LCPDFR Taser, which is actually the *only* instance of this I'm aware of), because customizing stuff like cars, peds, and weapons is something each player can make up their own mind on. Second, the Crown Vic is a real car; L*PDFR mods generally go within game lore, and I really can't see the devs introducing a real car model as a default part of LSPDFR when there are perfectly servicable ingame models (many people don't actually like mods putting real cars in game, myself generally included, because they don't fit in very well). And third, 0.3 has backup customization planned, so you can do this yourself if you want.

Not sure what you mean, but LSPDFR will not replace any vehicles - You will, however, be able to change this yourself in the future.

In the current version of LSPDFR, when you call in a state patrol unit as backup, an all white stainer with no liveries will spawn. I asked this before and one of the mods said that it may be replaced in the future.

Replaced with another vanilla vehicle, perhaps, but you can do this yourself in 0.3. Just replace "police4" with whatever vehicle you want. 

When you hit backup 'state police' it spawns either the police bike (policeb) or police4. Replace police4 with whatever car you want to use following all steps to ensure lights work properly and whatever and your done even on LSPDFR .2. I did it myself and works fine. I also edited police radio to spawn police4 when you call backup with that program since I'd rather see a SAHP car as backup than a police car in the county or a sheriff car in the city.

 

I also reskinned the bike with a SAHP texture from a mod here so it didn't show a highway patrol officer on a city police bike.
