Hi, I want to first say that my English is very bad, Ok my problem is that the LSPD FR mod does not go with me. I have the Steam version of GTA 5 Non, and wants to know why this is not possible and if mannn can fix.
I ASK FOR HELP!

You're using a lot of mods and your directory is way too cluttered. Remove all the plugins and try your game after that. Also, review the readmes, as it looks like a few files are misplaced.

Yes And Those Plugins Must Be Compatible With Your RPH Version

I have all unnecessary deleted FILES and even added Scipthook , it is not anyway is not working here is a Video !

I mean  your not really helping us with the video once your ingame.. Does the ragehook console work? Have you tried loading the LSPD plugin via the console? It sounds to me like you just didn't read the readme and are not loading the plugin for the police stations to pop up
