Will I be able to customize them? Technically the only "blacklisted" vehicles at LSC  are vanilla cop cars, utility cars, and some others. Will I still be able to customize them? Or will I need to install a mod for that? Thanks!

    with my added emergency vehicles pack, if you go to customs, alot of the vehicles will be able to be genericly edited as in, turbo engine wheels, ect. some vehicles like the massacro and jester you will be able to full edit. It really depends on how the developer put it in the coding files. 

    Im Retired. But that may change..
