ENB is a graphical overhaul for games. You must have a high-end pc to use it though as it is resource eating.

Yeah, the max I get is like 30.. I once peaked 40 for about a minute, but that was on my 22".

It'll be kind of bright during the daytime right now, I believe you have 1.0? I'm not sure what has or hasn't been adjusted since 1.1 (BETA), but I think you might be able to adjust your Contrast as well. It'll be the brightest at noon.

Thank you, but I actually don't like the siren anymore, sounds too much like it's meant for an ambulance. But I have a question, when I installed ENB, I went in-game and everything was extremely bright, my lights looked like they were white. I did not back up my gta so I had to re-install it and the other mods.

You need to adjust your brightness. Noon is currently supposed to be that bright.

I think Slimory may have asked this, but I can't find his post.

I have tried it on TBoGT and it has worked.

Note: There are some problems with it though, for instance my game at 23:00 is way to dark.
