yes sir.. that could very well be the problem. i heard some friends had problems with Windows 10 itself not even LSPDFR. If u can revert back to 7 because thats the one i use and it works flawlessly.   do u have the latest SCRIPT HOOk?  ok i just looked at ur screen shot again. you do.. do not use the native trainer it gives u.  there is another one with way more options

No -- it couldn't. Windows 10 is not the issue.

Icant revert to windows 7. I bought a $2000 PC with Windows 10. I don't have another $150 to spend on widows 7.

For Ragehook to function you require:
A legal version of GTA V
.NET Framework 4.6
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)

im pretty sure ur doing it right.. u just need a certain C++ i think.  go to your control panel take a pic of all the C++ u have. STARMIX has the download links there boom!

.NET Framework 4.6 does not work on windows 10. On the download link it does not show compatibility with windows 10, and when I try to install it, it says the program is blocked.

 

Does anyone know for CERTAIN that windows 10 can run LSPDFR

I just googled about 4.6 framework download with windows 10 and its there...  maybe u should look into some forums about that specific problem.  Maybe try .23 or .24 RPH.    Google it yourself do not use the link Starmix gave u.

At the very bottom there is a link to the ragepluginhook to download all versions of it..  .22 .23 .24..etc..

The .NET Framework installer cannot run in Program Compatibility mode. To resolve this blocking issue, you must ensure that the compatibility mode setting is not enabled systemwide in Registry Editor:

1. Choose the Start button, and then choose Run.

2. In the Run dialog box, type regedit, and then choose OK.

3. In Registry Editor, browse to the following subkeys:

im on windows 10 lspdfr works perfect. and you want to install rage .24 it works perfect they also added a lot of new things to rage.

i see...  so people on 10 need RPH .24?  or have u been able to run .22 ?   Reason i ask is most mods at the moment work with .22. but that will obviously change soon.  If u look at his problem he cant get a certain Framework or C++.

greenman and I got the folder looking exactly how it should. We've tried .22, .23 and .24 on LSPDFR2b. For some reason, the shields won't show up once the game starts. The plugin doesn't seem to want to load, and/or RPH isn't working. It's likely something to do with my computer, potentially my .NET Framework.

Seriously man.. SHOW34 and I have been working on installing it for hours through face time...  We have it exactly how it should be.  I talked to my computer guy here in SA Tx, he owns his own shop and told me personally windows 10 is a hit or miss with different problems.  if u go to the rage website and look at all their forums u will see mostly windows 10 problems.  if someone knows a fix let us know

well again its a hit or miss.. i guess u guys hit it.   I have personally installed LSPDFR on multiple computers with windows 7 and 8 and 10.. never ran into his problem.  We followed the directions just like the READ ME files say. He has all the C++ he needs and is currently working on finding out if his .NET FRAMEWORK was properly installed. 

 

Anyone with windows 10 please answer me this question.  Go to your control panel and open the UNINSTALL program..  When u have that open does it show your .NET FRAMEWORK installed?????    On his computer it does not show the framework within his control panel which is why we both think thats the problem.
