You Do realize Sgt Kanyo leaves his vehicles unlocked for those who wish to  learn. Honestly it took only 10 minutes to add the lights. i recommend try playing with zmodeler.

I Was unaware about the vehicle being unlocked, That and i'm not that great with 3D Modeling software, But thank you for letting me know.
