Dumb question, how do i use the templates? How do i put a skin onto them? Do i have to use a program?

Using a photo editor program, like Photoshop or GIMP, open the template and create a layer over it so you keep the original template. Edit and do what you want to the sides, front, back, and roof of a vehicle like adding text/pictures and export it. First, i think in the forum have a tutorial in case of no have a tutorial you need photoshop for better IMG - Open Iv and the texture.

For defaul in the police cars, the skin of the car are in the "veshare" in the x64e file.

Enter in the veshare, and export the file call: Police_new2 to you desktop edit, some cars are so different, so no work for all the police cars, the color of the car, is a litte box about 3 x 3 pc.

So is hard edit only with the photo, so i recomend.

 

 YOU NEED TO IMPORT TO THE TEXTURE FILE, OF THE CAR AND PUT THE POLICE_NEW2 With a level "1".

 

Use the Zmodeler 3 get a free licence or buy for month or more.

Edit the car, doe a UV Mapping and modffic. I doe this :
