I've already seen tons of custom civilian cars, how come crown vics are taking so long?

They are coming. Look on youtube there was a ton of videos of an unreleased alpha today. Civilian cars have less lights and or liveries than Police cars.

Nah, doubt that. A lot of people are just pissed off from the whole Zmodeler model locking situation. They'll come within time.

Quite stupid if you ask me, but it is delaying the whole LAPD AST NYPD LCPD TROOPER PATROL SHERIFF TRAFFIC TACTICAL NOOSE car mods. So I'm not complaining.
