I know various others are working on mapping and ripping/modding both vehicles and modules (lightbars/extras).  Frank (God bless his soul) stated here (http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/53761-zmodeler-import-exporter-released/?page=1) that he is working on a Whelen Edge. Trust me, when new imported models start coming in and there are more resources, guides and modders, there will be just as many vehicle mods as there were in IV (once it hits, it hits hard!).

    Perhaps a month - we may even start to see real life vehicles in GTA V that soon. Recently a good amount of people have caught onto how ZModeler 3 for GTA V works, so it shouldn't be long now.
