I have recently seen videos on youtube for LSPDFR and it looks very exciting.  I have gta5 for ps3 but this seems much more exciting, how can I get started? I don't know a lot about computers and I don't believe the one I have will work so I am wondering what kind would I need to be able to play this game and use the mods? I'm not looking for the most expensive gamming computer out there I just am curious on what I would need to play gta5 and LSPDFR for pc.  Any suggestions?

I have a Intel Core I7 and I had to modify the settings quite a bit to get it to play without lag, you will need to know what you're doing when it comes to configuring things for it to work smoothly.

We cannot give you ideal specs for playing LSPDFR it simply isn't possible. Generally speaking if you stick to the recommended ones provided by Rockstar you should be ok to play with LSPDFR as well.

Hey! I'd be glad to help you out. Generally speaking, when getting into PC gaming, you need a good enough PC. To check your specs do the following

1. Click start then run (Or Press Window Button + R to open run) 
Then type "dxdiag". Then click Yes and you will see your computers specs 

Please post a picture of those specs here and we'll go from there.

An i7 doesn't mean you will always run the game perfectly. An i7 isn't needed to run games as it is more based towards editing and rendering due to hyperthreading and other features. Also GTA is a heavy game on the GPU so if you have a bad GPU, could be why. Even with my I5-3570k from years ago and a new GTX 970, running the game maxed without MSAA and a crap ton of mods, (30+) still get 60-80FPS. Just to point out an I7 doesn't mean you can run everything :)
