The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello. Whenever I request backup the units are stuck in place. The only units that can move are the State Patrol Unit, and both Local and Noose air units. I drove over to the Local Patrol Unit vehicle and tried to hit it to move it but it doesn't budge. I also tried reinstalling LSPDFR, and playing with no mods. I'm all out of ideas. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Do you have a trainer installed with the option "Police ignore player"? If so, make sure it is disabled. That's what causes this in my experience.
