The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    It's called light humor my friend, I wasn't being rude at all. You didn't give us much information to go on with "both downloads" so I made a joke about it. My point being that we can't simply guess what you're referring to otherwise you get inaccurate answers and therefore you need to be more detailed in the future when asking for help so we can give you a more accurate answer.
