giving more intensity police lights?
Like in real life, you can see the red and blue lights bounce off the walls a few blocks away.

Definitely not possible with what the game gives you. Apparently theres a way to adjust that a bit in ENB.

 

What we would need is someone to develop a mod which spawns lightsources above the car according to the flash pattern (like ELS did). It might take a while before something like this pops up.
