RESOLVED: Park lights on all vehicles

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'm not usually one to ask for help, but after trawling through plenty of forum posts and trying multiple fixes I still can't figure this out.

I've noticed recently that with all the vehicles, both with AI drivers, empty and vehicles I drive, the park lights are stuck on...
I'm not sure if this is park of GTA or if a mod has changed this.

See fix below for this issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

I think that is with the PLD (Player Location Display) Mod, open up it's .ini and there should be an option to turn it off.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

I have tried it with PLD Mod removed also. No change.

I think it is a modified VisualSettings.dat file I downloaded for a Corona mod.
Anyone know what line it is so I can revert it to default?

After re-looking at the download page (i had this issue aswell) here is the fix.

find this - car.indicator.night.emissive.off 7.000

and edit it to this - car.indicator.night.emissive.off 0.003

that should fix your problem =)

Checked and my setting is correct as stated above. It is set to 0.003, but my parking lights on all vehicles continue to be lit up.

Nevermind, ended up needing to change file in mods, not regular rpf.
