2. Make sure ALL the files are in the game correctly

3. Try running the entire mod through ScriptHook.

 

One of these is bound to work.

First of all, read the topic again. He is talking about LCPDFR not LSPDFR. Also, what the hell do you mean by try running the entire mod through scripthook??

I go in game and the mod doesnt work even though i do everything how im supposed 2

 

More information is needed. Is your GTA IV up to date with the latest patch? Do you have the mod correctly installed? Do you have the latest advancedhook and scripthook in your game folder? Also are you pressing ALT+P to activate the mod, once ingame?
