AH NEVER MIND FOUND IT! This crash has nothing to do with LSPDFR, it's a gamebreaking glitchs in GTA 5. Here is the solution: When turning off the Landing Page in Gta 5 there a glitch can occur, just turn the Landing Page back on and everything should be fine. Now my question to you is: Did you turn off the Landing Page in Gta 5?

And no, I bought GTA V.

Landing page is the loading screen in the start, 

But then with all the updates and news

If you turn that off, I believe the updates and news is gone, but this can cause a glitch, G is the button for aiming in a vehicle, I believe, so whenever you press G it will crash because of that.

Its turned on, but the game still crashes. 

Hmm okay, than there is one more option as I'm pretty sure this is it, the G button is for Grenades and Stickybombs and probably conflicted in a mission, so here are the instructions: PLEASE BE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR GAME FIRST, AS I DO NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE IF IT DIDN'T WORK AND THE GAME HAS MORE CRASHES. But it should work:

 1) delete the patchday3ng folder found under
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng

2) try deleting cfg.dat and pc_settings.bin from Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\%your_profile%

3) if you use throwable weapons outside (the gas canisters in the Diamond Heist) you have to change it to a different weapon before you aim on a vehicle

4) update your graphics driver, because both NVIDIA and AMD have released a new driver specifically built for GTA V

5) Change the DX version the game use. Switch DX11 to DX10 in graphics option in the graphics menu.

6) execute GTA V as admin, and attribute rights in properties to the group "all users' giving them all permission

It is rather terrible, yes.

Even though there's probably little we can do for issues directly related to the RAGE Plugin Hook/ScriptHook V, we'll do our best to support most RPH issues here for the time being, as the state of support there is frankly ridiculous.  I'm hopeful that some people will be able to find out creative ways to fix some of these problems as well which they'll be able to share.

I think this issue has something to do with LSPDFR, because after going on duty, my game crashes. When I' am not on duty, i getting no crashes.
