 Rage plugin hook also lets us play both online and modded singleplayer, right?

Because when you launch the game without the rage plugin hook exe file, logically, it will launch a clean version of the game and when you launch it with the exe file it will launch the modded version.

Yes :) Combine it with OpenIVs "mods" folder and you'll be able to switch between a fully modded game to a vanilla version within a few seconds. Handy if you wanna play GTA Online :)
