you cant make cars for gta v... you need software likezmodeler for that and there is no software like that around yet

they have zmodler 3 which is suppose to read GTA V files i havent seen it yet though i have zmodler 3 and i and ive tried reading the files ill try again but unless someone that has more knowledge of zmodler then me idk what i can tell you

As far as I know, and I don't mod personally, however I do claim to know a lot about how the GTA V file system works, if you were to have a vehicle model added at this point in time, it would most likely be unanimated, and almost every component of the vehicle would be incorrectly placed, resulting in a horrible mess, also, the lights would not be in the correct place, what it would look like, essentially, is every part of the current vehicle, except the chassis, badly attached onto the custom model you imported. If anyone knowledgeable of this was to know away around this, by all means tell us.

EDIT: Also, an entire sentence in upper case letters does not help by any means.

A little more details? Maybe a reference picture if it's based off of a real police department?

i can make a car for you i just need to know what you want on there and max polys you want and if its from a real department
