The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi guys, 

first of all, let me express my total respect for what you've been able to do. So far I've seen on YT, this mod looks awesome! 

So I decided to buy an original GTA V version. However, I am not sure if do I need original Steam version or can I buy it anywhere else? E.g. in the local game store..

LSPDFR works fine on both retail and Steam versions. 

However, the devs use the Steam version to test the plugin so I think you're on the safe side if you use that one.
