after i got the LCPDFR 0.95 and the ELS mod streets in liberty city are kinda empty

there is alot of taxis driving around and police patrols... sometimes bunch of cars of the same model are appearing and parking in the street

any ideas how to get the city back to life?

please help ASAP

For some reasons,I preferred realismpedtraffic mod v2 over Real Traffic.
