When ever I try to hit the key to bring up police radio (c), it doesnt show up. Nor will tackle time work.

Gotta love the titling... :|  is implies it needs to be fixed and the problem is not on your end. :)

 

Anyways, down to it.  

Are you able to place barriers while the mod is "loaded" (check the INI file for keys) - your log says everything is fine. 

Does the RageHook console open correctly in game when you press F4?

Thanks for loving it, I was in a hurry :C

 

Anyways, I just went into the game real fast and barriers are working. Ragehook's console has been broken since I started to use Scripthook, when I hit F4, it freezes the game (it can be found here). Police Radio's GUI just doesnt show up.

 

Funny enough, the topic that is at http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/default.aspx?g=posts&t=167 says that reverting ragehook or what ever fixes Police Radio, dunno, there's more info for ye.

I don't mean this in a mean way, but all of those people - and yourself, just don't have RageHook working properly (not blaming you, or saying its installed in correctly, simply saying your RageHook is not working properly on your setp).  It has something to do with the display calls that RageHook, and Police Radio use.

Until you figure out WHY RageHook is not working for you correctly, neither will Police Radio., Once more,  I'm not saying you installed it incorrectly, maybe you need the .NET Redistributed package for all I know or the framework you are using is damaged, or just out of date.

 

I saw that one forum topic but didn't feel like commenting - they are simply applying work-arounds, and still never truly get access/get the ragehook working properly.  If you figure a solution for getting the RageHook console to work, I know that Police Radio will also display correctly.  Off hand, I don't have the time to hunt down why it isn't working for you - the next update perhaps will clear up this issue that some people are having.

I've redownloaded Ragehook several times, and I just tried to install .NET 4.5, "
.NET Framework 4.5.1 or a later update is already installed on this computer."

 

You know any trainers that use Ragehook? I mean, I'll uninstall scripthook and see what happens.

RageHook and ScriptHookV are having a bit of a conflict in the latest version of ScriptHookV, i've been told by LMS. That's the reason for your console (and quite frankly mine) not showing up. You will be able to execute commands nonetheless, although you will have to do it blindly for now. Try manually loading PoliceRadio again. I'm having the same issue as you with VehicleSearch and loading it manually fixes it for me. Give it a shot.

I just uninstalled ScripthookV and ScriptHookDotNet and Police Radio works, I'll try what @Break said to do.

 

EDIT:

I tried what @Break did to do, the tackle works but the GUI doesnt, I really all I need at the moment is the tackle, I'll wait for Scripthook to be fixed with Ragehook.

 

@Break Did LMS tell you when this might be? When a fix for the conflict might come out?

I think i have the same problem on Ragehook 0.47
