I got this error when installing LCPDFR to EFLC

Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

Did you also run the installer as an administrator? By that, we mean that in addition to installing it on an administrator account, you also have to right-click on the installer and select "Run as Administrator" from the dropdown menu (assuming you are using Windows 7). It should work if you have done both steps, as it works for everyone else that way.

I had the same issue, I unchecked Read-only for the folder and all folders in the game content and it worked for me.
