I love this mod but i am experiencing a bug where if i pull someone over they don't stop

"Pull up behind someone, hit shift they turn red like supposed to , i turn on my lights (hit the e key for siren but since they made it just flash the lights [love it!] that's why i said lights) the suspect turns normal and starts running, i cant call backup as the red dot is gone and it doesn't think I'm in pursuit of the suspect, i took a screenshot of the ragehook console , it says "Creating : ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????" I think this is the part that is bugging out , I was even able to get the red dot on the car (hit shift to pull him over again) but as soon as my siren goes off, its gone again
