I'm under the impression that my GTA IV EFLC is crashing for sh*ts and giggles, purposely making my life extremely difficult. Essentially, yesterday it worked for a very long time, without fault, today having realised it has multiple personality disorder, it crashes within 10 minutes of launch. I've attached the log file for my three attempts, I am really unsure what could be causing the crashes, I haven't changed anything since yesterday. Any help is greatly appreciated.

did you check to see if there was an oldsession.fr in your GTA IV main folder? if there is delete that and restart the game. if its not that we will have to look at something else.

So the game stutters, and then it crashes. It like freezes just as I'm about to arrive on scene to the call-out, and I'm getting a lot of disregards. I use low-poly mods specifically to ensure that it doesn't cause issues.

Yes, pretty much, sometimes I can get to the callouts, whilst other times I almost arrive on scene and the infamous GTA IV has crashed window appears. It's the mental disorder of the game that annoys me, works fine one day, the next it just crashes. For pursuits it usually works, but at some stage or another it will crash. It cannot be an ELS issue because I ran ELS and the vehicles for a long time, about an hour each around LC without LCPDFR on, and they didn't crash. Perhaps the combination of LCPDFR and ELS. One vehicle is particularly prone to response crashing, but again the issue only occurs with LCPDFR running. I notice that the game seems to have a stutter and then it crashes

I appreciate it, I know. I want to avoid the tinkering as of yet if a more concrete solution can be found. I'm very surprised by the lack of error in the LCPD:FR log, because I get the impression that it's causing it.

hello again :D welp i looked up some thing earlier but your problem is unique to me. however, i would remove the wastelands. at least for a minute. you have an error and a warning down there at the bottom that deals directly with the wasteland from what i can see. now like i was saying earlier i've removed callouts and re installed then and gotten better results. so even if Wasteland isn't technically being used it is being run and its having an issue from what i can see.

another thing is to go car by car. does the crash happen when ur in a certain vehicle? i installed couple BMWs the other day and the ones work good but there is this one that as soon as i turned the lights on i crashed. i restarted the game, removed oldsession.fr and jumped right back into that same car and no problems. its hit or miss. but i'll help as long as i can :)

Not too sure what your seeing but I'm seeing a Wasteland that works perfectly fine.

well i had noticed you recommended he remove Wasteland up there earlier so I started looking. It does say folder that contains radio chatter for Wasteland is missing. I was guessing that's a reason to remove it if parts of it aren't there.

Are you using ELS V8.5? If not, upgrade to that. Otherwise the only other thing would be to try reinstalling it.

I'm using 8.5. I've tried reinstalling it, the issue is with the AI. When the AI are turned off it works, but I want to have the AI enabled.
