So I've downloaded this several times by the book, both manual and automatic: several times. Also re-downloaded GTA IV several times, yet I keep getting the same error. Please help me. Im attaching 2 files, one is a screenshot of the error while in-game, itself. The other is the logfile after running diagnostics tool.

​hello there. i have been looking around the forum to track down that specific error. try downloading this to see if this corrects your situation http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

if that does not help then i would suggest uninstalling the LCPDFR mod. Run GTA IV to make sure the game runs good. Then disable your virus protection and re download and re install LCPDFR. Its entirely possible that your virus protection is blocking certain pieces from being installed. give these things a try. if it doesn't work then get back to us

My anitvirus is always off, and I've played it without this mod. So it does run good in general. Im red-downloading the framework you linked. Be back soon.
