    My anitvirus is always off, and I've played it without this mod. So it does run good in general. Im red-downloading the framework you linked. Be back soon.

    So I've downloaded this several times by the book, both manual and automatic: several times. Also re-downloaded GTA IV several times, yet I keep getting the same error. Please help me. Im attaching 2 files, one is a screenshot of the error while in-game, itself. The other is the logfile after running diagnostics tool. Diagnostics_14.6.2015_12_52_23.log
