The error you are getting MSVCP110.dll means you do not have the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 installed. Try installing it again, as that's the only reason you'd get that error.

And I KNOW, I have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 installed, as I installed, uninstalled, installed, a few times, and still not fixing this issue.

I do not seem to have AdvancedHook log file, though.

 

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed.  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.

I had to revert to using 0.95 RC2.

The other crash right away, within 2 minutes of starting.

 

The added files at end, are after trying and the crashing within 2 minutes of starting game.

Yes, it does crash after a while, but that could be due to it not knowing what to think of what I do...

Like, arresting Roman and Dwayne all the time, seeing how many times my partner can fly out the windshield before get the partner killed message, etc. LOL

Well, I managed to get it to run. However, I had to use dsound and not xlive, in order to do so.

That is bad, because I don't have a 100% save for using with Live... LOL

 

Now, there's a couple issues:

1. No Taser. I try and can not get it to show up, so can't use it.

2. Unable to control the partner. Regroup and get him to make an arrest, do not work.

3. Unable to point at a person, and mark him for cops to go after.

Well, I managed to get it to run. However, I had to use dsound and not xlive, in order to do so.

That is bad, because I don't have a 100% save for using with Live... LOL

sometimes the taser dont work for me either. what i do is make sure i'm on the pistol then press T. if that doesnt work press left Alt T. sometimes i have to press it a couple times but it always works. so i hope it works for you

i never learned how to control my partner lol. he just runs around and helps sometimes haha. Are you using the QAM to control him? i've also never marked anyone for cops to go after. to be honest i dont use the QAM at all. i can look those problems up but at this point i wouldnt even worry about it with all the trouble you have had. i would also make a backup copy while your game is good :P

i have that happen to me too. It seems to happen when I grab the criminal after arresting him. So I just call transport and leave him there 

You can use a mod called police orders by Finkone to get your partner out of the road. I use it and its kinda nice :)

Any other ideas on why the taser wont work? I've hit T so many times, I bet my keyboard thinks T is used for everything... :P

I remapped the Spawn Annihilator in the SNT to Alt+V instead of Alt+T and taser works.

However, I used to disable the trainer to try to activate taser, and that did not work.

So, I guess that people that use SNT, need to remap the one key, then taser will work, as it seems, even disabled, it overrides the key binding.

 

You may wish to share that info, in the topics where people can't use the taser. :)
