Hello people, I wanted to know if it was legal for civilians to own shoulder mics. I also wanted to know how I can go about starting my own private police force? I want to act within the law.  I menaI know money would be required but what else Is needed? What type of governmental permissionis required?

I think your meaning a Cop for Hire, like at a Apartment complex, you be be a Guard/Cop For Hire/Or whatever but really, You cant own a gun, most likely as an Ex-Felon. So im not sure you can do much.....A lot of permissions will be required so...
