Performance difference between a AMD FX 8350 and a i5 4590?

Featured Replies

The title says it all, i recently bought a i5 4590 so my ArmA experiences will finally be above 20 fps in cities :D, but anyway what kind of gain will i get in the newly released GTA V? Oh yeah and here's my specs with the i5.

CPU: i5 4590

Mobo: Gigabyte B85-HD3

Video Card: GeForce GTX 760

If there's anything else you need answered for my specs ask mee

I'm sure the i5 would perform better. almost any modern Intel CPU would outperform an AMD CPU, from personal experience and in general AMD CPU's are pretty bad in comparison. I think of them as a budget processor, and in technical terms it performs differently with certain games because of the 8 cores, can't really go into detail there though. You should be fine on GTA-V
