I found tutorials on how to enable Halogen on OLDER version of ELS, and it seems they don't work for newer versions of ELS.

So How do you enable them for ELS V8.5? I read through the manual that came with ELS, but couldn't find a answer to my problem....

    Set the primary lighting type to "rota" for vehicles marked as ELS-H.

    Where do you do this?

    ​In the vehicle configuration file (VCF) for the ELS-H enabled vehicles. These are in the ELS folder. If you haven't created one, then the vehicle will most likely be using default_config. The user manual has a very in depth explanation of every function in the VCF.
