Well, I have Steam but I don't have a credit card to buy GTA4 with and I live in a very small town and I can't find a single place that sells it, I absolutely positively will hate myself for asking this question but I was wondering if someone could gift it to me? I really don't care what you have to say negatively about this so you can post anything like I am a liar or something along those lines.

    I was wondering if someone could gift Grand Theft Auto IV to me on Steam, if you can, my Steam account name is gnrlkeith, you can laugh at my name but I was younger than I am now when I made the account.

    So... get a bank account and buy it via internet.
