I understand replacing the Crown Vic for speed reasons but a Crown Vic can take a hell of a lot damage more than that so called police car. Police officers don't like to speed through streets as that puts people in danger. If you don't believe just watch the show COPS, when a suspect goes into a populated area such as a busy street or suburb they back off to give him room. And I am sure they wont replace it because it looks cooler.

Well, I have Steam but I don't have a credit card to buy GTA4 with and I live in a very small town and I can't find a single place that sells it, I absolutely positively will hate myself for asking this question but I was wondering if someone could gift it to me? I really don't care what you have to say negatively about this so you can post anything like I am a liar or something along those lines.

Good idea JetlinerX and I also think that you should be able arrive on the scene first and be able to contact EMS, fire department, and bring in backup if needed to help with traffic control. Also I have an idea how you might be able to do the traffic control, I think I remember you being able to use a spike strip in lcpdfr from a video I watched, what if you could use that same thing but instead of it spawing a spike strip it could spawn a barrier that cars cannot cross. :thumbsup:
