The diagnostic tool should tell you what is wrong when you run it, otherwise follow the troubleshooter when you post in this section and post your log files if the problem persists.

Hi, I have installed LCPD FR today, now I keep getting GTA IV has stopped responding, the game will not load, ran the diagnostics and everything appears to have passed.
