Depends on which lightbar it is Slim. Look for a texture called emerglights...not the emerglights_emis

Are you talking about the color of the lights when they flash, or the color of the lightbar when it's not on? If you want to change the color of the lights on the lightbar when they flash, it could be done in a emerglights or emerglights_emis texture....check both of them. If it's the color of the lightbar glass, usually it's emerglights.

I just noticed this last night also. I was responding to the call and as I got close I saw those cars. I wasn't sure what they were, I had never seen them before. Like pheonix said, it might be easier to link to the model because every model is a little different with the LB textures

the model i wanted to use was posted on Gta-4-mods.com but it was stolen and he tried charging people to download it so it was taken down and he was banned,

it doesn't look like much from the pic but it's actually really nice in-game

hmm...without the model, I wouldn't know where to look....look at the emerglights.png file and see if those glass colors change anything....

almost looks like Yak's Radian CVPI...
