Hi everyone , is me ahling again , i know few of u guy is very frustrated and fed up with me . because i keep asking for the police skin and models . sorry . no worries bro , i will not ask for the skin here. i have know how to edit the police skin , thanks to dhruv , nickieb for your guide . but can anyone here please help me to make a lightbar . i promise that if i get what i wanted . i will not appear in this forums again . i have saw the tutorial but i do not understand it , because i am not a modder . so can you guy help me once . i will be greatly appreciated to you . if you like , i can pay you S$50 which is about 40 US dollars if anyone there agreed to help me .

i have try out in zmodeler , but it is complicated for me . and i have failed .

my police car skin that i finally edit it using kelvinDV police .

Uhm, correct me if I'm wrong but you said you want to put it into your wtd? therefore I'll take it as granted you mean you want someone to make you a texture of it?

The main problem here is that you cannot edit my models as such because they are locked, the only thing you can edit are the textures such as the lightbar colours, emissives etc.

If you want someone to do a model and you want to put it on one of my cars as you said then you'd need my model unlocked of whatever the car may be, which I'm not going to hand out, so you will have to find a unlocked model and add the lightbar model to it (with the author's permission of course).
