What do you mean? FS, Whelen and etc make the actual parts and lighting modules. They don't assemble complete cars(sync the lighting, install partitions, radios, mounts, rambars, all of that shiz) from an order by a department like outfitters do, unless I'm wrong.

That's not what I mean, what I mean is. What's the difference in "outfitters". I don't see how it matters and why you'd have favorites.

Well some outfitters are more creative and have better setups/styles, that's why people would have favorites.

that would be me XD and to answer the second part - they sort of do in that i notice that different companies tend to have certain preferences in equipment and setups.  the first one that comes to mind is EVI - almost all of their cars use the same type of lighting parts in similar positions.

Eh, i'll stick with my Aerodynics and Vectors. No need for a shit ton of LEDs. Just slap a classic lightbar on a classic car and go.
