Does anyone happen to have a list of what vehicles are at each of NYPD's precincts/stations? And/or a link to a page that has this information...?

What do you mean? Do you mean where are the precincts located and what are they labeled as? Or what vehicles are used at which precincts? There's no way of telling which vehicles are at what precinct, but they mainly just use Crown Victorias, Nissan Altimas, Chevrolet Impalas, Ford Fusions, and I think those Ford Police Interceptors. If it's a list of the precincts and locations, I can provide that.

Every time a new vehicle is released into the fleet each precinct gets a few of them, so every precinct had atleast a few ford interceptors it seems like the interceptor utility is being kept exclusive to highway patrol

You can't really say what vehicle each NYPD precinct has. It varies. They use Ford Police Interceptors, Ford Fusions, Impalas, Crown Vics, and more. You can see photos of each vehicle that the NYPD uses here : http://www.policecarwebsite.net/fc/ny/nypd/nypd.html

just use google street view on the pct it works like a charm
