I can't figure out what the issue is. No matter what I try the police scanner will not work. I have made sure that the folder is not set to read only, but it seems that every time I re-open the folder it is yet again set to read only. I'm not sure if this is the issue or not.

    I used to have this issue, and I believe the dev's couldn't even figure it out. Seems like it's completely random, but the temporary fix is to alt-tab once you go on duty, just pause the game and tab out, then back in. That seemed to fix it for that session, this may just be me.

     

    Other than that I have no idea. I was really stumped, it just started happening out of nowhere.
