I have watched many tutorial videos. And I have all my cars downloaded. I just can't get ELS. When ever I download it, it downloads a note pad with a bunch of weird text. I dragged in to my GTA IV folder, but it didn't work. Is it supposed to be like this, or am I doing something wrong? I have a picture of some of the text.

ELS downloads as a .rar file. Did you unpack that?

No, how do I do that? I have windows 8.1 btw

Download WinRAR or 7zip and use that to unpack the file.

 

On a slightly irrelevant side note, I never knew you could "open" rar files with notepad...

Is there a way to fix that?

 

ELS uses older versions of ScriptHook.dll and AdvancedHook.dll, so you'll have to reinstall LCPDFR to get the right ones. I would recommend downloading the manual install so you only have to replace those 2 files instead of having the installer replace all your LCPDFR files.
