Hello, My games crashes on startup, and i do not know what to do. I've put in my backup, deleted my ENB files, and I'm stuck.

Please make sure you have the latest dsound.dll installed. You can find this in the manual install of the LCPDFR 1.0d folder. If you problem continues just reply.

• Disable ELS on NON-ELS vehicles in slotcontrol.ini
• Disable Cruise Lights in the vehicle configuration file
• Disable ClearRandAIExtras
• (If Above Works) Re-enable and reduce ClearRandAiExtras distance
• Reduce Els_Range_Ai
• Change ASI Loader

It's still crashing I did what you all told me to do.

Then you are problably missing or using an outdated version of AdvancedHook.dll.  Try installing LCPD:FR manually.

I downloaded the manual copy of 1.0d and installed it, but it is still crashing. 

    Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
    Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2005, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012
