Is there any way to have the sirens set so for example i press numpad 4 for wail 5 for yelp and 6 for priority

No, you can only toggle them sequentially.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but rather than making a new one for a simple question, I'll ask here.

A while back someone told me that you can have a different set of sirens with ELS (Meaning you could have like a NYPD siren as default and a Federal Q siren as ELS) is this by any chance possible? I doubt it is.

no but you can change the siren file in the ivaud file. So the q as siren one and power call as siren 2

For some reason, I can't replace them seperately. I have to replace the whole ivaud file.(I'm using Spark IV).
