I have ELS v8.0 and added a new vehicle. My question is how do I setup the vehicle where I can tap one button to activate the siren instead of having to hold down the "T" button so siren will activate?

When you download the ELS V8.0 you have 3 folders choose the "DOCUMENTATION" and in it you find a .pdf file what is called "ELS DEFAULT CONTROLS" you find everything in it

ever tried pressing "G"?

I'm fairly certain by default, the numbers 1-4 along the top of your keyboard initiate the different stages of the siren (so long as the lights are already on stage 3)

If you want ELS to behave like GTA IV's regular siren, you can press RCtrl+Backspace to enable "ELS Express Mode".  In this mode, it is identical to the regular GTA IV siren except for the diffrent lights.
