I don't understand why you don't want to use a Trainer, But you can use consle commands I supose, I forgot exaclty what they are, When I get a chance, I'll look around for them.

You could also use this () if you don't want to use SNT. It's a simple fix and wash script that xGessx made a while back.

Open the console by pressing ` (top left of the keyboard) Then type "heal". This will give you full health and repair the vehicle you are in.
