Ya emergencyalex 999 i agree.with u on ur ideas . Because when i choose a player and when i went to the room and want to have a partner . In the end i end up nv choose a partner . Because the partner is the same as me . Same uniform and same face . In short same model as me . It would be good if we can choose the partner we want

option one (if its a image type file) -
first download spark iv for your version of gta iv or gta iv eflc , open spark iv.
find vehicles.img and open it and find where your vehicle slot is eg. polpatriot.
edit the wtd file and import your skin there under the name of the orignal skin eg.paintjob
and save and close, then save.

option 2 (if its a wtd file) -
first download spark iv for your version of gta iv or gta iv eflc , open spark iv.
find vehicles.img and open it and find where your vehicle slot is eg. polpatriot.
insert your skin into the wtd file.
click save.

This only works with the cars file name. Example Police Patrol is 'POLICE2'

Honestly, I don't really like to compare them. They are two entirely different games to me. One is more realistic and gritty (4) while the other (SA) is more of a good-time shoot-em-up adventure. They're both good and they both have their specialties. GTASA excels in areas where GTA4 does not, and vice-versa. It's like comparing an apple to a banana.

no, emergency 4 is european and can select english as a language, i advice buying Emergency 3 = 4 on one disc off ebay, 911 first responder is amercian, same game though and my advice is download the london mod -

how to install mods -
1. create folder in emergency 4 folder called mods
2, download mod
3. install mod with EM4 mod installer
4. close windows
5, if using windows 7 run as adminstrator to play
6. play

and emergency 2012 is NOT moddable
