I installed Traffic Flow but Traffic Flow does not working.

How can I fix this?

If you have installed traffic flow correctly and you find it has no effect ingame, then try using traffic load at the same time..

You have to put them in your "SCRIPTS" folder. (Rockstar Games Grand theft auto IV Scripts)
