i was wondering could any 1 make a stat flight skin for a heli and/or cvip/tahoe? the heli is the "Bell412/NYPD Air Sea Rescue helicopter BETA v1.1"

Make it yourself. Not to be rude but it isn't hard to learn how to make skins. One of the easier things to learn how to mod in GTAIV

if i can learn how to do it, so can my friend ;) Paint.NET is the easiest to use i find :)

It's easy to make a skin. But to make one that actually looks any good takes skill and practice, both of which take time.

and i have neather i got from school to work to the ambulance/FD work 6 days a week and my day off im at the FD so i rly got no time..
