I have had this issue for quite a while now, I just haven't bothered to do anything about it until now. For some reason, GTA IV reads the NOoSE car slot as being the Sultan. If I use the SNT or even the command window to spawn the NOoSE car, the right car spawns, but the name in the bottom right says Sultan. The game also uses the Sultan's engine sounds. Why is this and is there a way to fix this; it only happens on the NOoSE car.

Did you change the vehicle.ide line for "noose"? It sounds like you changed the "gamename" parameter, which explains the different displayed name and engine sound. I assume it also has a normal radio.

Sounds like someone messed with their vehicles lines. Here's the Noose Cruisers original vehicle line, located in vehicles.ide:

noose,		noose,		car,		NOOSE,		NOOSE,		VEH@STD,	VEH@STD_RI3,		100,	999,		0.2345, 0.2345,		0.3,	2,	1.0	,1,	ext_requi+ext_strong

I haven't touched the vehicles.ide file for that reason. I don't remember if I have one from a car pack of some sort though. I just know I never opened and edited it myself.
