This guy is out of his fucking mind. He plots to kill innocent people, then announces it on social media? It's clear that he's retarded and has some sort of mental disability to do something that dumb. 

 

With that being said, I also find humor in the fact that terrorists think their actions will spread fear into the American people. I can't speak for the rest of the world, but these types of actions unite the American people, and nothing is more scary than a united pissed off America.

They are Islamic. Just because someone commits an act of terrorism doesn't mean they aren't part of a religion. Let's look at the American Ku Klux Klan for example. They are Christian extremists. What they do is absolutely horrid and absurd, but they are still Christian. There isn't any way for us to possibly judge whether or not he actually believes in the Islamic faith, so we aren't in a position to judge on that front.
